A new employer will need the candidate’s national insurance number at the beginning of their employment to make sure that they are paying the correct contributions. Your national insurance number can be found on a Payslip/P60/HMRC Letters/NI Card alternatively you can use the Government website to log in to your tax account and on this you can print a tax account letter.
