The candidate experience is one of the most important parts when bringing a new candidate into the business.  Their pre-employment screening is one of the first insights the candidate has at how their new employer works. A smooth & friendly onboarding process will begin their employment in a good light which in turn should help them settle in and promote productivity straight away.


A personal call to the candidate to begin the process can help in a number of ways such as:

  • Answer any questions the candidate may have about the screening process

  • Calm any concerns of sending across their data

  • Find out more than what is written on their CV

  • Highlight any issues that may slow down the process i.e. company no longer trading, overseas checks
